Manny Pintado Worked for 10 years at Leandro V Locsin. He was Architect in charge and key personnel of high paying projects for the firm under the direct mentorship of Philippine Architecture Icon Raul Locsin and notable Locsin Associate Rommel Abad. The winning team were responsible for projects such as the 51 hectare De La Salle University, Canlubang, Philippine International Convention Center Upgrading and Rehabilitation Works for the ASEAN Informal Summit, ABSCBN ELJ Center, Net -1, 18-Storey Office Building Fort Bonifacio Global City with International Counterpart CSA Inc. of Los Angeles, etc.
After Locsin, Arch. Pintado also worked for VHS Phils. of BELT COLLINS INTERNATIONAL HK it's production outfit based here in the Philippines as a Senior Project Designer. He designed projects in China, Hong Kong, US and Russia.
He was prompted by a friend and colleague to form Severino Pintado Partners where He became Managing Partner. Some of the notable projects under this firm were the residential complex of the Lhuilliers at Ayala Alabang, Resort project in Anilao of a well known politician, one of the first who started the Green architecture resorts in Busuanga Palawan designing Divelink. SPP was noted Architecture firm in the South by the United Architects of the Philippines Ayala Alabang chapter rendering the firm various recognition.
But later went on his own and formed Estudio Pintado Arquitectos Corp. with various projects of notable dignitaries and politicians in the country such as the La Vista house and the office of a well known Congressman/ boxing champ. EPA was recognized by Bluprint Mag Philippines in their GREEN ARCHITECTURE Issue citing the practical solutions for a residential project in the Ridge Peninsula de Punta Fuego. Due to various notable works EPA became associated and certified by BIOArchiteture IR and has a certified Green AP in the firm.
Manny is know for his style of indoor and outdoor style equilibrium.
