1. Lead Training Designer -Re-designing the Training Process for a Leading US Financial Services Company
Responsible for designing and developing virtual instructor-led training(vILT) courses, eLearning modules and other instructional materials.

Project: The client's global technical and functional skill development program intended to drive (among other things) structured yet flexible training programs to meet its geographically dispersed populations with multiple skill needs and consistency of content.
I was responsible for:
➢ ReviewingSBsdeveloped by team members based on the content provided by Subject Matter Experts (SME), in alignment with the High Level Designs (HLD).
➢ Coordinating with the SMEs for an independent technical review of the SBs developed.
➢ Content transfer updates shared on Sharepoint for offshore/onshore information exchange.
➢ SBsdeveloped using Xyleme, an LCMS published on WebEx player.
➢ Self-reviewing the SBs before sending them for SME review.
➢ Interacting with the SMEs regarding content outline/ID review issues.
➢ Creating and reviewing necessary job-aids for end-users' effective learning.
➢ Coordinating with graphic designers (GD) for media visualization.
➢ Reviewing the final integrated deliverables and validating the same from an ID perspective.
➢ Coordinating with the quality check team regarding the final sign-off on integrated deliverables.
➢ Defining and communicating the responses to design issues raised by the client.

Project: The client had initiated supply chain integration across geographies. It rolled out an SAP Program for various modules such as Finance, Order to Cash (OTC), Customer Development, Make, Source, Plan, Information Management (IM) and

1. Training Designer & Facilitator - Learning Solution for a Leading US- &UK-based Insurance Company

Project: The project involved creating training program for new employees. The training program required instructor-led training supported by job-aids to familiarize the employees to meet client expectations and help them develop strong product and soft skills. I was involved in the course development and delivery of instructor-led trainings. I was responsible for:

➢ Developing 700hrs of learning content
➢ Designing SBs as per the client's expectations
➢ Interacting with SMEsfor product updates and clarifications
➢ Reviewing the SBs before sending them for client sign-off
➢ Interacting with on-shore team and training lead regarding the design outline review issues and solving the same
➢ Coordinating with the on-shore team for further mark-up

Project: The project was about getting the business offshore and developing a training process mapping till delivery sign-off for the newly hired as well as re-deployed processing agents. The training program required instructor-led class room training, setting the client expectations supported by job-aids to not only familiarize the processing delegates with the client expectations, but also help them develop strong product and soft skills. I was involved in the course development of instructor-led class room trainings, setting up the process, delivery & leading the team which also included effective learning. I was responsible for:
