GSK is having two wings named CERPS and MERPS. Earlier GSK was using SAP 4.7 system (BEBOP). GSK management decided to go for SAP ECC 6.0 implementation. This project involved multiple rollouts based on the CERPS (C ERP System) Country-wise strategy. The rollouts are based on waves. A set of countries have been rolled out as part of each wave. Wave1 contained Germany rollout, Wave 2 - had France, Netherlands, Belgium and Ireland & currently W3 contains-Poland, Austria and Switzerland, Italy. Being part of O2C functional Release Team, responsible for Leading team, configuration, testing and deployment of changes.

Responsibilities
* Understanding of Business Process System Document (BPSD), based on which the current configuration has been designed to meet customer requirements.
* Configuration of the system based on the Local Configuration Baseline (LCB) values.
* Configuration of the system based on the BPSD / template.

Merck comet (Collaborating for One Merck to Enable Transformation) project is unique roll out project covering entire Europe with the help of Global Template and distinguishing different countries for using respective language for output and tax structure.
