➢ Identifying the training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies of individual vis-à-vis the gaps. Developing training & developmental initiatives for improved productivity and quality enhancement.
➢ Monitoring of technological changes to enhance productivity.
➢ Overall responsibility of the Coffee training activities of North region.
➢ To plan and execute Various Certifications Programme.
➢ To plan and execute various OJT's.
➢ To formulate and Create Training Modules
➢ To plan, create and conduct Managers Training.
➢ To regulate, negotiate and select various Outsourced Training.
➢ To conduct the TNA (Training need Analysis) of the cafes.
➢ Aid in various Launches.
➢ To do timely Mystery Audits and aid operations with quality checks.
➢ To do scheduled Quality Audits.
➢ To maintain and execute Training Budget.
➢ To conduct Train the Trainer Session.
➢ To maintain the Training Matrix.
➢ To Lead and be part of PMS for Managers.
➢ To be part of the Selection and Review process of promotions and Transitional training.
➢ Training of team members in regard to modifications in equipments, process flow, working practices, consumables, power etc for controlling & reducing operational cost.
➢ Conducting class room trainings for team members, café managers and area managers for departmental certification.
➢ Conducting induction at territory level.
➢ Conducting reviews of fresh cafe managers and area managers and making them ready to handle cafe and regions.
➢ Evaluating Team Member certifications for their promotional reviews.
➢ Monitoring the regional tracker.
