solution for Vodafone India. RECC solution equipped Vodafone with capabilities to charge data usage in pre-paid and post-paid modes through only one Unified system for any of the IN vendor PAN India.

Job Profile:
1 Perform Configuration and Fault Management by coordinating support
resources, managing technical escalation to ensure fault is rectified within agreed SLA's.

2 Perform predefined routines on daily Reports, performing.

3 Working on Linux RHEL 5.0 OS for resolving the Configuration and System
related issue and giving support & proper resolution.

4 Working on application putty, charge@once unified, CA tool.

5 Bsic understanding on Diameter protocol, diffrenet Error Codes and basic
understanding on CORBA, FTP, SMTP and HTTP protocol.

6 Handling all the data charging and CDRs related issues.

7 All fields/condition of 40000 CDR's understood including error scenarios such as SERR

8 Details/location of HTTP logs for PCRF pack for PCRF sub
creation/deletion, throttling/un-throttling have been understood and able to co-relate with the status of sub in unified.

9 Processing of Batch files for different activities.

10 Details/location of HTTP logs for PCRF pack for PCRF sub creation/deletion,

1 NMS and EMS Alarm Monitoring and Bandwidth provision of TEJAS

2 Bandwidth provision of E1, E3, DS3, STM-1, STM-4, STM-16, STM-64,
Ethernet/optical link as per requirement
3 Responsible for Insertion, uploading of different types of nodes like; BG20C and uSDM (both STM-1 level), BG20B(STM-4 level), XDM100(STM-16
level), XDM500 and XDM1000(both STM-64 level) all from ECI family; on
NMS and creating different topologies for the same.
4 Maintaining OFC media on NMS level under which alarm reporting, traffic
rerouting and coordinating with field engineers to maintain the uptime for network.
5 Responsible for visibility of all nodes from MH circle on NMS through DCC
mapping and working on DCN planning and IP planning for Network
6 Fault Analysis of different types of Multiplexers, RT's(remote terminals)
