nanoparticles (PEG-PNP) were prepared and characterized using different biophysical
techniques. In vitro experiments were performed for assessment of anti-cancer activity of prepared drug loaded PEG-PNP. Mouse model of malaria was developed and used to test
anti-malarial efficacy of drug loaded PEG-PNP.
• July 2008-January 2009: Short project on Thermo-sensitive polymeric nanogel for drug
delivery to cancer cells was done under Dr. Rohit Srivastava at Department of
Biosciences and Bioengineering, IIT Bombay, India. N-Isopropylacrylamide (NIPAm) and N-isopropylmethacrylamide (NIPMAm) polymeric nanogel were prepared and characterized for thermo-sensitive drug delivery to cancer cells.
