Studies on Standardization of Process for Sugar Free Mixed Fruit Jam

• The project Report on “Studies on Standardization of Process for Sugar Free Mixed Fruit Jam” during academic year 2011-2012, under the guidance and supervision of Dr. A. K. Sahoo and submitted to Department of Technology, Shivaji University, Kolhapur.
• The purpose of the project was to design a product with keeping in mind the nutritional limitations of people suffering from high blood sugar ailments and hence to replace the sugar present in the above product with artificial sweetener Sucralose.

Studies on development of fortified cookies with flaxseed flour (Linum usitissimum)

• The project report on “Studies on development of fortified cookies with flaxseed flour (Linum usitissimum)” during the academic year 2013-2104, was carried out for the partial fulfillment of the degree of M.Tech Chemical Technology (Food Technology) under the guidance and supervision of Dr. M.G. Bhotmange and submitted to Laxminarayan Institute of Technology, RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur.
• The aim of the project was to utilize the vegetarian and abundant source of polyunsaturated fatty acids(Omega-3 fatty acids) in the flaxseeds in the form of product utilization into cookies.
