Designation: Assistant Manager-HR
Reporting to Managing Director, responsible for HR functions of a Unit having around 750 manpower
➢ Recruitment: Sourcing profiles, initial screening, scheduling interviews, preparation of offer letter & compensations break-ups.
➢ Joining & Induction: Design a structured Induction program for all new joiners & responsible for their orientation & induction. (Also prepared an Induction manual & process details, Employee Handbook).
➢ Human Resource Information System: Designed & administered company's first HRMS system.
➢ Time Office Management: Leave & attendance record, Payroll process, Maintenance of Personal files.
➢ Training & Development:
On the job induction for new recruits for quick integration into their functions
Preparation of Training Need Analysis Plan
Development of Training Calendar & collation of training feedback
➢ Performance Appraisal:
Initiating Quarterly Performance appraisal followed by annual review & rewarding
