• Work closely with hiring managers and department managers to coordinate planning activities regarding hiring, trends, needs and recruiting strategies
• Posting Jobs on Online Job Portals and Releasing Ads in Local Newspapers, followed with screening of candidates through Job Portals, Company Database, Company Website and Walk in Applicants.
• Short listing desired Candidates by eligibility and scheduling interviews with effective follow ups.
• Solely Responsible for interviewing Candidates with Selecting, Rejecting and Short listing authority.
• Ensuring Proper Reference Check and behavior history.
• Preparation of Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Job Descriptions and Detailed Salary Break ups.
• Verification of Documents and ensuring complete Bank formalities, Biometric process, and generation of employee codes.
• Detailed Induction to the Candidates about the company history, growth, management, policies, procedures, rules, on job responsibilities.
Exit Formalities & Employee Grievances
• Handled employee retention problems and on the job grievances by conducting counseling sessions for the employees.
• Preparation and maintaining of Exit Files and Documents.
• Scheduling Interviews with the Candidates Functional Head and processing them with relieving letters and PF amounts.
