I am currently employed as a Consulatant offering Perfomance Management solutions. My roles involves the following: Professionally perform needs assessments for the organisation. Develop and present convincing recommendations that address key client objectives. Provide Specialised Adult learning training methodologies.Advice and offer services to assist organisation to train and perform more effectively. Facilitate training for trainers, managers and frontline consultants. Provide product training for sales team, Design Training Plan. Communicate effectively with the team and the client. Continuous improvement on Strategic approaches to projects. Uncover common barriers to team success and prevention strategies. Set appropriate expectations with clients and manage them throughout the project life cycle. Provide an opportunity for participants to exercise their skills through structured exercise and feedback sessions

I worked as an Assistant Training Manager. My role included the following:Create and constantly update the Training Calendar, Monitor Trainer performance to verify training is conducted as outlined in approved training materials and in a manner that motivates delegates to learn. Develop training programs according to approved methodology. Review existing training materials and make revisions, as necessary, as per operational / training request. Develop training program and trainee status reports for line managers, and assist line managers n identifying and resolving human delegate. Ensured the management of all aspects of the Training cycle.
Ensure implementation of the training curriculum successfully and in a timely manner .To conduct training sessions when necessary. Complete weekly and Monthly report and submit to the Training Manager
