Worked at Reliance Customer Service Centre at Hojai for 2.5 years as Back Office Assistant, and
Presently, I am working in Mukand Systems and Networking Pvt Ltd. As a Admin cum Accounts Executive since 12 November 2009.
RESPONSIBILITIES: RELIANCE: Handling of all types of customers Complaints/ Queries/Requests
- Maintaining MIS of all those queries and send the Same reports to the concerned departments i, e. Activation, Credit Control etc. at Guwahati.
Providing basic information's to Customers as and When required with regard to a Product
also solving problems of the Customers with regard to recharge, Outgoing calls, Incoming
calls, Roaming, Name Transfer, Address
Change, Migration etc.
Responsible for collecting survey report or data from field office or field executive and also
responsible for updating the master database and send the same in the prescribed format to the concerned Officials at Guwahati.
RESPONSIBILITIES: MUKAND: Master Roll Preparation, Keeping track of the
Touring details of concerned employees,
Vehicle Reports preparation, Updating of networking Summary, Preparation
Of HDD report, Entries of Cash
book including Bills and others i.e., Daily Day
Book entry inTally, Preparation of Receive register, sales register,
Bank Reconciliation via Tally, Prepare of monthly TDS chart, making of monthly fund flow report etc.
