i. Online newsletters: helping 40 schools and colleges to create their design and publish their online newsletter.

ii. In charge of Campus Bulletin (print version of online newsletter) including verification / proof reading of online newsletter article contents and co-ordination with multi-media team and print house to finally distribute the same in several schools / colleges.

iii. SRM Engine Room - in charge of the core team to distribute the PapyrusClubs campus bulletin - December 2008 to 800 schools in Chennai. Co-ordination with school principals ensure that students attend the SRM University Engine Room Workshop on 24th January - 25thJanuary 2009.

➢ SchoolDirect Program

SchoolDirect is a specialized solution which can be used by parents from their mobile phones or personal computers to connect with their child's/ward's school, to receive/access important information online or engage in day-to-day tasks. In charge of:

i. Recruitment of SchoolDirect data entry operators and training them on the SchoolDirect product & services at pan India level.

ii. Co-ordination with the development team to create schools web URL and uploading the school data.

iii. Extending support to all zones branch offices & data entry operators to complete the daily tasks for smooth operation.

iv. Handling support web mails on a daily basis.

v. Sharing the SchoolDirect schools / parents feedback views to the concerned zonal in- charge to do the needful.

iv. After the admission process, advising and assisting students with proper documentation for successful visa clearance.
