Liaised with Career Junction regarding new passwords or any other queries.
Liaised with Toshiba regarding the status of Prostaff's two Toshiba printers.
Consultant Team Administrator: (Promotion)
Answered calls and took messages for 13 Consultants. Scheduled internal interviews on the calendar, if consultants were absent and had no access to the calendar. Performed courtesy calls, for 13 Consultants, to all their applicants in the morning in order to confirm their scheduled internal interviews at Prostaff.
Emailed candidates regarding internal Prostaff interview confirmations and documentations for face-to-face or Skype interviews. Corresponded with all candidates, telephonically or via email regarding confirmations and documentations. ETC

Typed candidate CVs in the correct format. Made changes as consultants had marked or highlighted. Logged applicants CVs onto the Applicants Register and work to be done before typing them. Captured the applicants contact details in full on Placement Partner or work to be done including e-mail addresses and alternate contact numbers. Captured remuneration details and if not given, ensured that the consultant contacts the applicant. Ensured all CVs strictly followed the same layout according to the template provided. Used full sentences and words (no abbreviations). Ensured grammar and spelling was corrected and checked. Maintained a good filing system on the computer and ensured Support Consultants were aware of the system. Ensured CVs were 100% correct in respect of layouts, grammar and spelling before returning it the Support Consultant. Maintained a high standard and took pride in the work that was done. Ensured updated payslips, ID and Drivers License copies, qualifications and indemnity/application forms were scanned, saved and attached on Placement Partner and the CV Database and included in all applicant folders. Double checked with consultants as to where the final Prostaff CV must be saved onto the CV Database. If urgent CVs needed typing, unfinished CVs were put on the side to be done later. Regularly updated CVs sent. Responsible for being efficient, paying attention to detail and for being a good communicator. Being discreet as the info was confidential. ETC.
