I am writing to you to express my interest in teaching French, at your centre on a full-time basis. A solid education background and a diversified work portfolio are two of my strongest assets.
Certified from the University of Toronto’s Equivalency board, my Bachelor of Arts in French Literature gives me the necessary educational foundation to be a successful French teacher. I also lived in France for over five years of my life in which I spent time practising the language.
While I held numerous positions at a number of schools in teaching French, my most significant tenure was at Olive Grove School. I was responsible for teaching French to all classes from the fourth to the eighth grade. I am currently teaching French for grades one to eight, and Arabic form first grade to third grade at ISNA Elementary School on a full -time basis. I have attended many educational workshops and have taken various teacher education classes. I took several courses taught by the Elementary Teacher Federation of Ontario this past summer. I am also able to take any other educational classes during the summer and during the year.
I would like to have a conversation with you about the way I can contribute to your school’s working environment. I can be reached by phone at 905-804-8759. I look forward to hearing from you.
