Duties: Provide high-level administrative support to enhance the role of the Chief Operating Officer in her interaction with internal and external stakeholders and role-players i.e. manage and maintain the Branch workflow and tracking system of submissions/documents from the Ministry /Deputy Ministry, Chief Operating Officer and the Director-General's Office and also logistical arrangements for the Branch.

Strategic Management
• Coordination and compile inputs from eight units for the Branch to be in line with the Departmental strategic focus.
• Prove reading and quality check (strategic inputs, quarterly reports and annual reports) from the Branch for Chief operating Officer's attention and approval before documents can be forwarded to Director-General's Office.
