Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction & lowest rate of defection by building the Dealership's reputation & relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

o Oversee & coordinate the generation of accurate annual sales forecasts for the specific product to ensure sufficient stock availability at all times.

o To primarily focus on Sales performance by implementing key performance measures aimed at optimizing volumes & margins to achieve a balanced & profitable business portfolio

o Develop & implement a strategic business tool with a focus on attracting new clients through active prospecting..

o Work with the Marketing team to identify advertising plans & sales promotion campaigns.

o Ensure the achievements of profit targets, maintain margins & control expenses as detailed in the budget & business plan.

o Monitoring & regulating debtor days through enforcing timely debt collection for better liquidity flow.

o Analyze Market research studies.

o Managing & monitoring the performance of the sales team.

Currently, I am undertaking studies in CIM Professional Diploma and an online study in MBA Business in Emerging Markets with the University of Liverpool through Laureate Online Education.
