I just finished my 45-day with 360 hours On-The-Job training at the Ma-a Slaughter House, Davao City.

My training includes stunning, skinning, cutting of feet and head, evisceration and quartering of parts.


Need for More Butchery Trainings

I just finished my Cattle Slaughtering training last April 20, 2013. My training includes stunning, skinning, evisceration, feet and head cutting and quartering.

I just had my IELTS Speaking exam last April 23, 2013 held at the Marco Polo Hotel, Davao and I will taking the written and listen exams this Saturday, April 27, 2013, since IELTS is needed in order for me to be trained for Butchery in a "AAA" or "AA" meat processing plants in Tagum City Slaughter House.

I am confident that I will pass the IELTS exams and the moment I get my passing results I will go directly to Tagum to apply as a trainee.
