The rotation of stock is done when packing the stock to the shelves and shelves are clean.
The stock on promotion is there before the promotion breaks.
All merchandisers and shelve packers are wearing the correct uniform and have the correct tools at hand.
We have the full range of stock ranged for the specific store.
The production is done and up to standard in time.
The correct recipe is use and followed.
The display table is full of stock with pricings and clean to attract customers.
Curling and crisping is done every morning and the backup stock is kept to utmost minimum in fruit and vegetable.
In house production is also done correctly and according to procedure.
The backup area is maintained neatly and packed according to category.
What is received is what was ordered and is for our store.
Receiving procedures are followed when we receive the stock and the stock is in good condition.
Waste and returns are taken out having followed the correct procedures.
