Air and ground accident/incident analysis with intent of preventing future probable events:

- Data gathering from different sources like testing in laboratory, interview by flight crew and also accident simulation
- Data analyses by proper software and finally root cause analysis
- Writing professional accident reports to be sent to General Director of Safety & Quality Assurance Department
- Advising the corrective action plans (CAP) to prevent similar events as Safety Circulars and Internal Safety Regulations
- As a great experience: Member of “Iran Air Aircraft Accident/Incident Investigation Team” for the Boeing 727-200 air crash at Urmieh in Iran (January 9th, 2011)

Risk Management and Hazard Analysis as an effective "proactive approach":
