Develop a balanced and sustainable Strategic Master Plan for the Petra Region, Especially in the recent years after having been voted in the top 7 of "Wonder of the World" in 2007, including planning and zoning guidelines and monitoring indicators that can provide decision making and opera-tional guidance on key issues for Petra Region, as well as communities in the region. A comprehensive land use and zoning plan .A Strategic Master Plan that guides planned development of the Petra region in an efficient, balanced and sustainable way over the next 20 years for the benefit of Jordanians. A conflict exists between the need to protect the archaeological site and the need to promote tourism to benefit the country's economy. Local residents and leaders understand that the integrity of these resources is critical to the region's long-term economic health and well-being. Besides the protection of the globally significant Petra Archaeological Park, which lies wholly within the area, this master plan special main consideration in on integrating the planning and zoning regulations for Zones A, B and C, known as the "Buffer Zone, the development of a master plan integrating archaeological reservation, strengthening regional infrastructure and economic growth of Petra and the local communities Wadi Mousa, Um Sayhoun, Taybeh, Rajef and DlaghaIskan (Housing) Beidha surrounding the Petra archaeo-logical park. in the form of regional planning, comprehensive plan ning, urban planning and land use planning

The units will be subsidized to reach all low and limited income citizens. Production of (9973) units through the private sector, whereby HUDC contributes to %20 of the construction cost; (6) sites are already in progress in the Governorates of Amman. Zarqa and Madaba. Responsible of all project activities at the design and tendering stage during the aforsesaid position. In charge of all planning and architectural aspects of the projects..Follow up all problems arising from sites during implementation and find out the appropriate solutions. Preparation of working drawings and construction document. ensuring competency on the level of details to enable the tender to be obtained and to minimize the risk to the client. Technical coordination with regard to reviewing the materials and shop drawings to ensure that the design intent is fully met with the multidisciplinary teams and specialist sub consultants. Responsible for the technical excellence of the tasks and analyses performed, regulatory compliance, and for on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations. preparing Project Management Plans, Project Control Statements, and Quality Control. Prepares, coordinates, and facilitates public involvement and consensus-building meetings and workshops that are of high interest to the general public.

Originally located on the outskirts of the city, the camps were set up by the Red Cross as and temporary, emergency shelter for displaced Palestinians. A process of urbanization infrastructure development that take place, Houses of several stories have replaced tents and shelters. New roads have also been established through the camps or around the perimeter, 'development' or 'planning'. Despite appearances, camps officially remain temporary spaces. The management and organization of the camps reflects their distinctiveness. Camps are not managed by the municipality but fall under the control of the Department of Palestinian Affairs (DPA - a Jordanian governmental body) and United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).

The 3 pillars to generate more balanced socio-economic development in Jordan, generating more balanced socio-economic development lies at the heart of both the National Agenda and the King's speeches in recent years.

Participating in preparing all the study works concerning the preliminary
designs and cost estimates for the scheme Community Infrastructure Projects (C.I.P). The
project has included (15) upgrading sites and (13) refugee camps, with a cost of $30 million.
The pipe line was financed by the World Bank and Donors.
