I have relevant academic background, job experience, skills and expertise, aptitude and other qualities to perform any job related to M&E with high level of efficiency and quality. I had my MSS in Economics and BSS (Hons) in Economics from the University of Rajshahi where statistics and development was part of the major courses. In general Economics is a highly relevant subject that theoretically enables one to work in the development sector and particularly in the field of monitoring, evaluation and research.
Out of my experience with multiple organizations, I now can confidently claim that I have acquired and demonstrated skills and expertise of developing and reviewing M&E system; plan, design and conduct research; engage, support and monitor the work of external resource persons, prepare reports and make presentations. I am sound in usual computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint..), Statistical Analytical Package (SPSS) and Geographic Information System (Arcview GIS ) and web-based applications. Besides, I am good at communication, persuasion, negotiation, motivation and supervision. I have other form of managerial, supervisory and coordination skills that may be helpful to perform in the job. I maintain good relationship with staff, colleagues and partners, which plays a vital role in achieving results. I am a positive thinker and I take it as a moral obligation to do my best to fulfil the purpose of a mission.

Senior M&E Specialist

Presently I am serving with IBI International as Sr. M&E Specialist, Bangladesh Trade Facilitation Project funded by USAID. Prior to that I have serve with Land O Lakes Inc since September 2012 as M&E Specialist, REAP-II Project, funded by USAID. I have worked as Short term Database Management Expert with Transtec-femconsult-GRM International Consortium, Food and Livelihoods Security Program (FLSP), Department of Women's Affairs. The role was to design, implement and administer the collection of data on 80,000 FLSP beneficiaries (ultra-poor households) and develop a beneficiary profile database .
Previously I served with PRIP Trust, since June 2008, in the capacity of Deputy Director with a major role in project planning, development, monitoring, evaluation, research, documentation, reporting, material development and training. In my given position I had to deal with 204 partner NGOs supported through the EU funded SMILING Project to monitor their status, remain updated about their capacity building support requirements and plan and coordinate events accordingly. Basically I come with an 12+ years of solid background of work in the field of research, monitoring and evaluation. Prior to joining PRIP Trust I have served with RDRS Bangladesh for over a decade directly in the field of research, monitoring and evaluation and efficiently managed and supervised a pool of research officers and monitoring officers to ensure effective function.
