Project role and responsibilities:

Alokozay Group of Companies [AGC] is one of fastest growing FMCG Company in UAE, primarily in Tea, Cigarettes, Sugar & Edible oil. They have operations across the globe in more than 9 countries mainly in Middle East, Russia, CIS Countries, Afghanistan, Pakistan & Turkey. The implementation at the site was challenging in respect to the scope & complexity. The third party systems integration has been the highlight of this project which mainly included as Van Sales application integration, Biometric Application integration & Production automation for interfacing the produced assemblies Barcode & Final Assembly through scanners.

My responsibilities (high level) include –
 Overall Management of the program with Wipro as oracle consultant at the site. Highlighting the Risks & timely escalation of the same to the concerned stakeholders of the project.
 Managing the coordination between users stakeholders & onsite team for the effective agreeable solutions
 Analyzing the Business process requirement with Process stakeholder and mapping and fitting to IT strategy and roadmap to remain future proof
 Containing the requirements in the current scope and managing the same if required through the Change request processes.

Description: This is a Business Application Management System, which automates the entire activities of Shipping Company. Feeder Tech has been classified into 6 modules like Finance, HR, Master, Operations, Reports, and Sales Marketing. Booking Operations, Listing Loading and Final Loading Summary, generates Bill of lading, approving loading etc., Financial module will take care of all accounts related to Feeder Operations and generates periodic reports as well as instant reports. This application also handles the shipper and payer details, generates quotation to its customers, handles Booking requests, creates invoices, and finally stimulates the transshipment. It does the above processes for various mini ports and large ports and for different types of containers with different types of Surcharges
