As Manager Operations - Role involves managing a 24/7 Global Payments Monitoring team whose key tasks include, Escalating all critical issues to the concerned region’s stakeholders and Incident Management for these issues.
Previously as Assistant Manager Operations - Managed payment processing and investigations team dealing with queries raised by the Top Tier (Tier 1) clients of the bank. The process demanded high level of supervision and diligence.
