Many years working as a Sales Representative and Sales Executive in an international companies gave me experience in sales and negotiations. I know how to create relation with customer and building it up. As a Shop Manager and a Head Bartender I improve organization and leadership skills. Head Bartender position gave me opportunity to work in multiculture team and learn how to solve differences and issues. Ability of assertive behavior allow me to make difficult decisions.
