ADP's Benefit enrollment software is a web based application that helps its clients to automate the annual benefit enrollment and life event changes. Application also makes its client's employees more efficient and productive in locating answers to their personal benefit questions. Customer service representatives use the system in dealing with employee concerns and life event changes.

Responsibilities:
• Participated in business and technical review meetings and performed analysis for creating test scripts.
• Involved in developing the functional test plan, which detailed about the testing scope, strategy, hi-level test requirements, and necessary resources in each phase of the application development.
• Developed Manual Test Cases and Test Scripts based on Functional and Technical specifications.
• Executed Integration, Regression, System and End-to-End tests during different SIT and UAT using and PVCS and ALQT.
• Involved in testing of each phase of the application doing Manual using PVCS and ALQT.
• Created and Executed Manual Test Cases to test the objects which are not supported by automated testing tools in the application.
• Used PVCS for bug tracking and reporting, also followed up with development team to verify, update and retest the open defects.
• Generated, Maintained and executed Manual and test scripts during different test phases using ALQT.
• Involved in complete Testing Life Cycle and developed test execution matrices during the test cycle.
• Participated in weekly project and QA status meetings to provide test status updates.

Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign Systems

TIERS: The Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS) is an integral part of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission's(HHSC) efforts to modernize its eligibility system. TIERS serve as the technological foundation for a more integrated health and human services system. With Cutting-edge technology this browser-based system integrates the application process for more than 50 health and human services programs. TIERS is replacing several outdated systems, including the 30-year-old System of Application, Verification, Eligibility, Referral and Reporting system (SAVERR), with a single integrated system. SAVERR, which was designed in the '60s and launched in the '70s, is built on technology that is out of date and difficult to service.
TIERS process TANF, Family Medical Assistance, and Medicaid, Food Stamps and other support programs. TIERS is built as an n-tier application.
