❖ Created & configured the Enterprise Structure (Personnel Areas, Personnel Sub areas) and Personnel Structure (Employee Groups, Employee Sub Groups)
❖ Defined Payroll Areas and assigned relevant period parameters and date modifiers to it
❖ Configured various personnel actions like Hiring, Re-hire, Confirmation, Suspension, Transfer, Separation, Change-of-Pay, Retirement etc. and reasons for Personnel actions
❖ Defined Info groups and Infotype menus
❖ Defined Employee attributes
❖ Maintained Infotype menus in the master data screens (PA30) as per client's requirements
❖ Configured Basic Settings such as Defining User Parameters, to default Number Ranges using feature NUMKR
❖ Set up Date Types in IT 0041 to assist the users to keep track of important events in the work life of an employee
❖ Customized personal data, family data and addresses to facilitate entry of Employee information
❖ Maintained various subtypes for standard Info types

❖ Configured Apprisal templates on SAP ECC 6.0 with EHP4. Set up 3 different templates using the OSA (Objective setting and Appraisal) template for Officers, Workers and Management Trainees.
❖ Worked with the ABAP, WORKFLOW and EP Concultant to customize the template as per client's requirement, for mail trigger and make it available in the Portal.
❖ Worked on various BAdIs and User exits with the ABAPers to accommodate client's need
❖ Designed function module to identify the relationship between organization objects - Appraiser, Reviewer, Controler, Super Controller and Review Committee
❖ Worked on Workflows with the Workflow consultant for mail trigger at every significant event in appraisal cycle using standard SAP workflows.
❖ Worked with EP consultant to make the Appraisal template available on Portal (ESS) using Web Dynpro ABAP application
❖ Coordinating and discussing with SAP on different SAP system product errors and getting the solution applicable to the system to resolve the issue
