Summary:

I have been in the Hospitality industry for 10 years. Before that, I have obtained a Tourism Diploma at Stellenbosch. At first, I got a temporary job as concierge at a Golf resort and Spa in Somerset West, Western Cape. I then got a position as an Assistant Duty Manager at the Lofts Boutique Hotel in Knysna. There I gained valuable experience in all the departments of the Hotel. I managed the bar, made drinks for the guests, did all the reception duties, checked rooms before arrival and handled after hours problems and check ins. After that, I was employed as a Duty Manager at another Hotel in Knysna. During the last 3 years I have worked as a Rentals Agent for an International Real Estate Company.
