Task and responsibilities
i. Bar-coding

✓ Placing of location of bar-cording on each and every accommodation entrance e.g. offices and wards
✓ Checking the status (either in good or bad condition) of assets
✓ Placing Bar coding of newly received assets (machine or furniture) immediately upon arrival
✓ Marking all equipment as government property

ii. Capturing of data collected
✓ Deleting of none assets in the system to allow payment
✓ Updating of assets bar-coded
✓ Approving of assets updated in the system
✓ Splitting updated and approved assets in the system

iii. Service/repair of defunctioning of medical equipment
✓ Receive requisition from end user
✓ Submit requisition to the Hospital technician
✓ Prepare processes and submit requisition of serviced/-repaired machine for payment.

iv. Approval of furniture to be purchased

✓ Checking and verify as to whether there is a need to procure such demanding item
✓ Approving purchasing luxury item is not permitted e.g. a new item whilst the one in use is still in good condition.

v. Inventory list
✓ Checking whether the assets in a particular accommodation (house, office) are still in good condition, still meet the number counted before, adding of newly received assets to the inventory list
✓ Request the occupant of a particular accommodation to sign the inventory form list form so as to accept the responsibility of the assets lost or damage.
✓ Filing of the inventory list form
✓ Monitor the movement of assets, fill the transfer form whenever there is a need
