As Enterpreneurship officer under Youth Employment Promotion, mine is to advocate for enterprise development and capacitate with trainings potential and existing youth entrepreneurs. With the long history and passion for youth development and entrepreneurs in general, Master training programme allowed sharing of training skills with other trainers where on regular bases i coach and mentor them under the Start and Improve Your Business Programme.

Work History

Senior Entrepreneurship Officer


I work for Youth employment Promotion Project under the Ministry of Gender Youth Sports and Recreation. I mainly organise and conduct training workshops for youths, OVCs and women using ILO training tools.



In collaboration with WORLD VISION Berea ADPs, i conducted a series of worshops once every year to capacitate farmers assisted by world vision. Other districts and NGOs in the kingdom of Lesotho have fallen in love with the approach.

Capacitating Women Entrepreneurs,

Under Millanium Challenge Account, i capacitated with entrepreneurship trainings a group of women in Berea district. From eighty people who enrolled, twenty were linked Pepfar programme where they accesses fancial assistance to start floor polish production project.

The project has shown an increased growth as the distribution line is steadily increasing. The number of people employed is also increasing.

Tax Education Training of Trainers

In collaboration with, Enterprise Support Programme and Lesotho Revenue Authority, i spearheaded a training workshop on tax education as a way of capacitating trainer under my supervision.

Roads directorate retrenched workers business management workshop

Under the contract with Enterprise Support Programme in Lesotho, my team and i headed a training of potential entrepreneurs where more than eighty participants were capacitated with business management skills. The aim was to assist participants to invest their packages in viable projects that would sustain them after retrenchment.

Poultry, piggery and agri businesses in general are running through out the country as a follow up to series of continuous training workshops.


Under the supervision of ILO, Lesotho organised and conducted training of trainers under SIYB PROGRAMME. I actively worked and headed a team that organised and capacitated more than 40 trainers under the programme.
