Participating in regular team meetings and exchanging ideas for new sales and future growth. General duties included ordering stock, allocation of work, time management, customer complaints, brochure despatch and Health & Safety documentation.

The position dealt with customer queries, offering guidance, support and the necessary action required. As part of the bureau I was also involved with police faxes requesting information, police statements if a case was due to go before the Crown Prosecution Service and attending Crown Court if necessary. Another requirement was presentation skills for the delivery of the bureau's work to both BT and external bodies. A high level of skill base was required for this role due to the complex nature of the work and the associated legal implications.

with the grade of Commercial Officer, obtaining full BT internal computer skills and experience in Microsoft Word. The position covered all aspects of sales from selling, issuing and bringing in set targets with the advantage of working as part of a team. I was also responsible for establishing and implementing a new process for supporting BT's sales reps which included liaison with higher management, producing a new procedure and using Excel spreadsheets for the diary process.
