i served customers on all levels, i also made sure that the checkout area was clean and tidy. part of my job is
make sure that the staff members that i had under me were also well looked after and done their jobs to best of their abilities, i also helped on the shopfloor in any area that was required
i earned the respect of the staff who i helped, wheather they just started or have been there awhile. i also made
them laugh when life wasnt being easy (outside of work) and listened to all who had a problem in the work place
i got to know everyone and adapted in way that would be more helpful to them. when doing this you can do
anything that is required of yourself and your staff members
