Cafe Development Manager

I was reponsible for all administrative and accounting duties necessary to running the Cafe as a business. Planning and preparing a healthly balance meal each day for up to 50 staff and students. I delivered a BTEC in Hospitality to many students who did all the practical tasks along side me to ensure everyone had a healthy balanced home cooked lunch and produced a portfolio which was accredited.
