I have good communication skills with qualifications in Mental Health Learning Difficulties Dementia Autism Challenging behavior. I currently assess clients in their own homes, hospital setting,hostels. I also work alongside external agencies,C.P.N,GP. Psychiatric doctors,police etc .

Aspects Care Ltd is an organization funded through Supporting People, we offer community support to adults experiencing Mental Health issues such as Schizophrenia, Depression and Anxiety, Bi Polar etc with any problems regarding housing, health and wellbeing and community access.
My Job role currently consists of managing a team of approximately 40 support workers to ensure the appropriate level of support is being delivered on a daily basis, I manage any complaints and compliments, complete new service user assessments, staff supervision and appraisals, file audits, dealing with incidents that may occur and working closely with the Directors to ensure the company is meeting the standards required through Supporting People and the Quality Assessment Framework. I have gained a lot of experience working with Social Workers, CPN, and Psychiatrists and supported a group of service users to move to appropriate supported accommodation. I am currently in the process of completing my EDI Level 5 in Care Leadership and Management. My job role also requires me to attend Care Plan Reviews with relevant professionals to discuss the service users well being and any issues that may have arisen.

Whilst working for Knightsbridge Care Ltd I managed 4 supported accommodations for adults with learning difficulties, Autism and Mental Health
My duties included managing support staff to ensure they delivered a high quality level of support to the individuals with in their home environment.
I completed staff supervisions and appraisals, auditing service user files and finance records, monitoring staff performance, dealing with complaints and completing monthly staff rotas, attending multi disciplinary meetings with other professionals, liaising closely with social services and ensuring that throughout CQC guidelines were followed and met at all times.

Monica's Place was supported accommodation for adults of the Irish community who were experiencing drug and alcohol misuse issues.
My job role consisted of encouraging the service users to engage with relevant external agencies such as drug and alcohol support services, encouragement to maintain their personal and home hygiene, accessing the community and promoting independence in all aspects of their daily living, working closely with external agencies such as social services, AA centres and the Irish welfare service in Digbeth, Birmingham.
In addition to the above I was responsible for chairing staff meetings, and daily handovers, monitoring medication and working alongside the support workers to achieve a high level of support.
