Do Safety Presentations.
Ensure compliance with external, internal and legal requirements
Helping with day to day operation off the plant
Identify SHE deviations in the workplace and implement corrective action
Manage the integration of contractors on site
Attending Health and Safety Meetings.
General plant operations.
Fire risk assessments, inspections.
Safety promotions, posters and video
Ensure legal appointments are in place, updated and current
Be pro-active to further enhance workplace and worker safety
Do incident investigations
Give health and safety inductions.
Help with fire training
Drawing up of safety memo’s
Update incident and working hours to calculate DIFR
Checking and renewing of new safety signs
Giving non-conformances where necessary

- Received full scholarship to study at NOSA from Tea-Estate (SATEMWA) in MALAWI
- While studying at NOSA I did some practical experience at SATEMWA
- Currently I help SATEMWA online via internet with their Health and Safety as required

 Design new Health and Safety Policy.
 Start new Safety file
 Manage plant Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
 Draw up evacuation plan.
 Issue all PPE on Plant.
