Balance file and disburse file including cut checks to all parties and close out and prepare file for audit. Consistent contact with Real Estate Agents and REO Companies through email and phone. Worked with REO Companies for foreclosed properties in REO dept. Sent information to REO Companies regarding files through their various websites.

• Escrow transactions with HUD. Extensive knowledge of HUD's process and timelines in working and closing files for sales.

• Unit lead for Data processing unit for entire company. Conduct employee reviews, process timesheets and maintain workflow with less than 1% error rate.
