Data Entry Clerk
I have been working for Bay Area Rentals, in Orinda, as office manager for the past four years and my responsibilities includes planning and organizing the day-to-day office, coordinating and communicating with staff and tenants. Also, book keeping, payroll, taking phone calls, printing, and everything related to office duties.
Back in Brazil, I used to work as a journalist and anchor for a television and for a newspaper company, as assistant office manager, as a executive secretary, and newscaster for a radio company. I have also worked as social worker and nurse.
In the United States, I have attended City College of San Francisco where I acquired my GED, Travel & Tourism Degree, and specialized in destinations. I have also been attained a degree in business administration with emphasis in criminal justice from Heald College.
I am currently attending Diablo Valley College, working on an accounting certificate as well as updating my skill in excel, outlook, word, and quick books 2012.
I am able to speak, read and write three languages: Portuguese, Spanish and English.
