Within India, we have recently developed the first Soho House in India (Mumbai) and are looking at a rollout throughout India and Asia. Furthermore, we are looking at significant joint venture opportunities within the fashion and restaurant space.
Crossover has also co-founded investment vehicles that have raised and invested in excess of $300m for real estate projects across the country.
Within Turkey, Crossover co-founded one of the countries largest wind assets in the country. 200-300MW and competes as one of the largest sites in Europe. Furthermore, we are also looking at several key-franchising opportunities within the QSR market.

Built the companies fortunes from a start up retail brand to a UK and European retail product. Sold it over 7 different countries, including the US.
Pulpa Ltd was an importer / exporter of Brazilian commodities and built a UK consumer product range. Responsible for ensuring companies growth into the European commodity markets and build branded product range. Products sold in over 220 stores nationwide with UK and European distribution, including Fresh & Wild and Holland & Barrett.

May 2004 - October 2006
We launched the brand with a 1.2 million launch and quickly built brand into recognized part of the London and UK bar scene.
We secured four distribution channels and gained nationwide exposure through Matthew Clarke. First independent brand to achieve this in 14 years. Sold in over 180 outlets in the UK including Elbow Rooms and Bar Room Bar chains. Took brand into China in 2006.
