− To do the weekly rotas for both the company and agency bearing in mind the depatment budget.

- To controls the stocks in the cellar through the Cellar Manager computer system and investigate any discrepancy.
- To input the deliveries information and the bar and restaurant requisitions into the Hotel Manager computer program to know exactly the stocks that should be in the cellar, and investigate any discrepancies that could arise.
- To do the weekly internal stock take and input the results in the Excel spread sheet; and assist with the external monthly and annual external stock takes.
