I'm currently residing in Perth Western Australia holding a 457 Long Stay Visa valid for two years. I have experiences for both retail and wholesale which mean I can deal with end user customer and retailers.The following details are my previous experiences for your reference.
For wholesale Company:
Sales and Customer Support to WA customers
Inbound and Outbound calls to retailers or installers for product complaints, defects and any related issues
Providing support for customer queries for product pricing, quality, warranties , efficiency, availability, promotional information and shipping
Customer telephone inquiries includes;
a) Organising and entering customer orders received
b) Invoicing of customer orders.
c) Liaising with warehouse packing and dispatch in regards to orders going out
Creating and providing customer quotations
Sales report every week
Work with and through the Internal National Sales Manager, Business Development Sales Manager to maximize sales revenues
Assist Sales Managers with customer requirements such as quotations and sending out Product & Marketing Material as required
Other duties as required by Sales Manager and Supervisor
Providing lists of prospect customers from CEC list followed by outbound phone calls for email address confirmation

Live Chat and Outbound Calls to UK and Australia
Customer support for ROI (Return on Investment) calculator
Telemarketing of products with quality, efficiency, warranties and pricing
Communication with local sales managers
