My name is Lucas Ratsoma
I attended my formal (FET) education at an FET college at Kempton-park at (ATG college (where I completed several computer related courses being in (basic-programming, A+, N+, and ICDL, MS-office 2003, 2007 and MS-Office 2010 application and a Good knowledge of PC and Printer Hardware and software maintenance and I obtained international certification through Comptia certification for (Comptia A+ certification in (IT-Technician). And i completed an IT-Technical support (NQF4)-national diploma (learnership) at CareesIT and doing practical’s/on the job training at (TCM) Technology Corporate Management in Midrand,
And I am studying towards the systems support (MCITP) NQF 5 at Dynamix Learning Solutions
I have up to 1-2 years work related experience working at TCM(Midrand),and ASG-Computers in Kempton-park as a trainee technician dealing with both desktop & laptops hardware & software related problems(building pc’s and user data backup and restore) and also doing practical training as a customer engineer at TCM also experience in dealing with customers I would like to be part of your company as the skills that I have will be of much value to the company and to work with in a team that I may be assigned to work with and grow the skills and knowledge I have to the better service of the company and to that of its clients the experience that I have gained of dealing with people both during the training and personal experience taught me on how to treat, respect and value the customers, I would like to be considered for the post as I would like to gain and improve my skills and experience in the field of ICT
