This position is accountable for ensuring a first class brand appearance for customers and the development of an industry benchmark after sales division. I currently provide direct supervision to 30 employees and am responsible for ensuring the quality and workmanship of technical staff. I strive to develop a competent, committed and confident multi-cultural team that consistently meets or exceed performance expectations.

As a member of the executive management team I am responsible for:
• internal reporting (monthly after sales report, after sales performance report etc.)
• analyzing suppliers and providing attractive group purchases
• effectively managing a cost saving approach across all operations
• preparation of annual budgets
• follow-up of legal customer issues
• preparing and chairing Board meetings
• establishment of commercial operations, performance appraisals and annual reviews
