Unfortunately my contracted ended with FA and i did a bit of Tier 1 IT Support at Datacentrix where i provided technical support for Vodacom clients. That also was a contract and it didn't last then i went and under gone training as a Data support agent at Teleperformance, also providing support for Vodacom clients.
