Luanne Kendall

Port Coquitlam, BC, Canada

My name is Luanne Kendall, and I have been in the hospitality industry in one form or the other for over 20 years. I have enjoyed tending bar for most of those years, as it gives me a chance to talk to people and get to know them, and in the case of my 7 years with the Tallahassee Hilton Garden Inn, to make people's travels as happy and problem-free an experience as I possibly could. In the course of my stay at the Hilton, many of my customers also became my friends, and remain so to this day. I enjoy mixing drinks and taking care of people, as well as making sure that things around people run as smoothly as possible.
I enjoy music and nightlife, so I am equally as comfortable working in a nightclub environment as a hotel lounge. I enjoy working hard, and having the satisfaction of making
sure that my customers had an enjoyable evening.
I not only enjoy bartending, but I enjoy exploring every facet of whatever venue I am employed in at the time. In other words, I like to explore my work environment and acquaint myself with all parts of the facility and it's departments, helping out wherever I can when needed. If you hire me, you will get someone with a strong work ethic, a dedication to my job, and a loyalty to the people for whom I will be working. I take good care of the implements and resources with which I am entrusted, as I consider them yours, not mine, and as such should be treated with care and respect. I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty, and I am a quick study when it comes to helping in other areas.
Thank you for your consideration,
Luanne Kendall
