Key Achievements
I worked extensively in both Jersey and Guernsey helping to bridge relationships with design consultants in store and third party installers to achieve a more hands on approach and help alleviate any design flaws or queries at first hand. I also organised recruitment open days for installers within both islands to ensure the right fitting teams were on board to create and deliver a first class service.
From my first year within the role I managed to achieve an 83% complaint closure rate.
