Job Description: - As the Patchway Community Centre Manager my job had many roles i was responsable for the maintenance of the building, sourcing new income, accounts, fundraising, applying for grants, administration, social networking, employment of staff, health and safety and fire risk assesments. This role was challenging but very rewarding, deadlines were set regulary and targets needed to be met daily. I within this role arranged many events for the local and surrounding communities such as live band nights and festivals arranging everything from ticket sales to the fire / health and safety risk assesments. I also attended several training days and became one of the local hate crime ambassidors.

Reason for Leaving: - Maternity
In this role i worked in a call centre enviroment answering complaint or querie calls and taking the overflow from the sales lines. We had targets to meet which i regulary excedded in the numbers of calls taken per hour and the target time of the calls. Cutomers would call in with a overdue delivery querie or breakages on delivery and many others.
