Skills: to demonstrate and communicate critical thinking skills; to be a creative thinker in order to make lessons effective and enjoyable; the demonstration of leadership, public speaking and overall communication skills. I have proficient organisation skills this is necessary as there are various focuses throughout a normal working day for example, the responsibility for following a curriculum as well as keeping track of student progress, etc. I have extensive technology skills and often used technology in the classroom and have used a variety of software programs to: keep track of student grades and attendance; personalised student handouts; PowerPoint for presentations to help students who are visual, auditory learners.

Attributes - I understand the expectations of parents and the community and accept responsibility for their students' learning. I have successfully formed good relationships with educational administrators, fellow teachers and community members. I am professional, responsible and showed commitment to my students. I demonstrate a good work ethic and have taken on various responsibilities outside of my main duties. I am knowledgeable of teaching methodology, and stay updated on emerging educational research and teaching methods.

Personal Qualities - My personal qualities that have made me a successful as a teacher and in the field of education include creativity, patience, a positive attitude with good people skills. I demonstrate the ability to creatively address challenges to student different learning styles. I remain patient and maintain a positive attitude in order to deal with classroom challenges.
