Responsible for implementing the Project's QA and HSE rules and regulations, within a practical work environment,
conducting reviews of procedures to minimise environmental impact of the operations. Experience has been gained in developing and updating legal knowledge required ensuring compliance, providing information and topics to be covered and addressed during Pre-Start and Toolbox Meetings, training small groups and conducting Induction Sessions for new
employees, casual workers and Contractors.

Advice on Safety systems, trends, response actions and investigations is provided and experience has been gained
developing plans to reduce hazards, hazard exposure and hazardous activities which pose significant risk to the Project.
Conduct regular safety inspections, interactions, audits and risk assessments and maintain confidentiality regarding accident records. Manage the 'Return to Work' programs onsite and provide advice, guidance, support and assistance to personnel involved in our Projects regarding safety, health issues and work practices. Conducted checks to ensure
that First Aid and Emergency Procedures are in place and that OHS documentation meets regulatory guidelines.
Responsibility is also held for conducting VOC (Verification of Competency) in Forklift Operations and other site vehicles.

Relief Safety Advisor

Jundamunnh, Weelumurra Rail Construction and Tom Price Gardening and Cleaning

at a range of Pilbara Sites including Peninsula Palms,
Windawarri, Jundamunnh, Weelumurra Rail Construction and Tom Price Gardening and Cleaning.

Responsibility was held for conducting onsite inspections to identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices.
Coordinated and conducted employee and visiting Contractor Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental site
inductions. Coordinated and facilitated training of small groups for weekly Toolbox and Pre-Start Meetings, and researched and established suitable vendors for the procurement of Safety supplies.
Position also included recommending and implementing cost-effective controls to eliminate hazards such as noise and chemical exposures. Skills, knowledge and experience were gained in conducting on-site inspections and audits;
observing physical conditions and safe work practices and completing all planning for the introduction of process
improvements. Inspected mining areas for unsafe structures and equipment and acted proactively in relation to safety to ensure a safe working environment across the projects and enforcing compliance with the Joint Venture Safe Work
Guidelines and Policies.

Throughout the period 2001-2008, worked at various sites within the 'Goldfields' and 'Pilbara, ' gaining seven years'
experience as a utility, with responsibilities including bus driving, forklift operation, Airport reporting, mine site cleaning and administration.
