Lorna Cahn

Airmont, NY, USA

My vast work experience will far outweigh my limited law firm exposure. I am confident that once a a hiring manager/lawyer grants me an interview, he/she will instantly notice I am the exception to the rule. I have always had a deep interest in law. Now I am fortunate to be able to pursue a new career.

I have a 4.0 average in the certificate program at SUNY Rockland.

with an employment, sole practitioner attorney. Hands-on experience with WORD documents including tracking and file organization. Answered interrogatories, handled a rebuttal, worked on declarations and Summary Of Facts for a Motion Against Summary Judgment regarding a Federal age/sex discrimination case. Being organized and detail oriented were key with this very complex case. Kept very close tracking on any changes made to documents for Attorney review. I not only edited her changes I was encouraged every step of the way to provide input and check and double check deposition, declaration and exhibit references and keep track of my changes.
