As a highly motivated self-starter who loves to think outside the box, I thrive on the challenge to create and promote. Being self-employed, I find that discipline has been the key to a large portion of my success. I have gathered a wide variety of skills in my career ranging from a flight attendant to business consultant for a title company to REALTOR. One of the skills that I possess is the ability to connect, encourage and motivate people through my own passion for what I’m doing. My enthusiasm really draws people to me and I have been told by many of my clients that it was the personal connection I had with them that made the difference. I recognize the value of customer service and support and make that a priority.
I am actively involved in many community endeavors including the Mayor’s prayer breakfast. I have successfully organized and managed a networking group and for the past 3 years, organized a team for the step out to fight diabetes walk (this is close to my heart as my niece is a type 1 diabetic) and I am a mentor and program director for 5th grade girls in a program called young women in action. I also sit on the board of directors for Giving Hope which is a non-profit literacy program here in Vancouver.
