Although born and raised in Australia, I lived in Italy from 1999 to 2013. Prior to this I commenced my career in the travel industry moving quickly from a rail booking sector to a corporate domestice travel consultant in a customer service focused role. In 1999 I decided to dedicate a year to travelling and after having visited Italy I fell in love and decided to move there. Between 1999 to 2004 I married and dedicated my life to raising a young family. Thereafter I began tutoring privately which I developed a great passion and ambition for. I underwent some formal training in order to teach professionally and for the last 3 years have taught as an ESL Teacher both in a private school and in various local primary, middle and secondary schools in my area. I have moved back to my homeland with my husband and young family recently to allow my children the possibilty to experience the difference between these two cultures.
